• check with anyone who knows us who we are
• call or send us your CV to us
• we will usually reference check you from some of our contacts, or recent project work done
• CV submission to client if we have a seat that suits your skill set,
• social meeting with Indigo
• possible client interview / CAD test
• hopefully feedback to confirm a project booking for us
• contracts drawn up, then we need your Ltd company certificate, VAT cert, business insurance doc, bank account details to complete a booking
• we give you week 1,2 and 4 customer feedbacks
• 3 monthly team meetings for beers and a curry
• team evening track day experiences in the summer where possible
